Instructions for Squash

Application

Scoring Right Squash score keeper attaches to throat of your racquet.

It is designed in such a way to fit multiple racquet sport codes such as pickleball, table tennis and squash. Players are encouraged to trim down the units to meet their own preference and needs.

Open and empty your package.

Inspect its content and ensure beads are at the top.

Using a sharp pair of scissors, PRIOR to attachment, trim down the units, and discard the "server" section (this is used in pickleball)

Some players prefer to use only the points sections while others use the sets section as well. Now is the time to decide if to trim down the units further and discard of the sets sections.

Points only. Points and sets.

Inspect your racquet and decide where on the throat or neck you will position your Score Keepers.

Make sure your racquet and hands are clean, dust and oil free. Applying at temperatures of 10°C and below or in windy conditions, is not recommended.

Thoroughly prep the area where you intend to place your units, with the wipe provided.

Let the alcohol dry completely before application. This may vary depending on temperature and humidity in your area. Attaching the units prior to the alcohol drying out completely, will ruin your units. They will not stick as designed or intended to.

Peel back adhesive protection and gently position on your racquet. Ensure desired alignment before pressing firmly.

While attaching the units, take extra care not to widen the gap, to prevent the beads from moving too freely or falling out.
Do this by gently holding the units with two fingers to maintain the existing gap, prior to applying any pressure.

Firmly press and hold while maintaining pressure for at least 30 seconds.

Repeat for second unit.

It is best to set aside for 2 hours, or overnight for adhesive to strengthen. Strength of adhesive will increase over time.

Scoring Right uses 3M brand and is designed to withstand extreme temperatures. Bondage will not weaken even on the hottest days and harshest conditions.

Beads may be hard to move at first. but they do loosen up with usage and overtime.

The units are non-transferable. You will not be able to transfer the units to a new racquet, as the adhesive will not be strong enough anymore.
